HELM joins Tribal Group
On 13 June 2008, HELM Corporation announced that a majority stake in the company had been acquired by Tribal Group plc.
The company, now known as Tribal HELM, forms a new practice area within Tribal's existing consultancy business. Its financial, audit and governance expertise complement and strengthen Tribal's integrated offering to both public and private sectors.
HELM's overseas experience and strong relationships with major international donor organisations will provide new opportunities for the Group and enable Tribal to develop its international business.
Commenting on the announcement, Sean Sweeney, Chief Executive of Tribal HELM, said:
